Do you need to schedule a Pick up or Drop off? 

 

Call or Text (413) 741-0236.

When you text us please mention the following;

  1. Your Name
  2. City/Town
  3. If it is for us to Pick up
  4. List of items
  5. Picture(s) of the items

Please give us 24-48 hours to respond.

 

For Drop Off, call 413-443-2106 Wednesday - Sunday to schedule a drop off time between 9 am - 5 pm.

Here is what you can expect.

1.  Use will receive an email acknowledging we received your form from Restore@berkshirehabitat.org. (Please add us to your contacts to avoid Spam folder issues)

2.  Unless it is a holiday, you should expect a call from one of our friendly donation ambassadors within 24-48 hours.

3.  The donation ambassador will review your requested donations and determine eligibility for pick up or drop off.

 

For drop offs, we will schedule your donation drop off appointment between 9am and 4pm Wednesday through Saturday.

You will also receive an email confirming your time.

We ask that you remain masked in your vehicle.

We will remove your donations from your vehicle.

We invite you to come into the store and check out our ever evolving inventory.

 

If your items are too large to fit in your vehicle, we can pick it up.

Please note that all items to be picked up must be accessible without entering the home.

Preferably in the garage or outside weather permitting.

We ask that you remain in your home with a face covering at time of pick up.

Thank you for your donation, upon completion of your donation you will receive an email receipt for your tax records.
